Job Summary:
The General Accountant reports directly to the chief financial officer and is responsible for entering daily transactions accurately and in a timely fashion. This position keeps financial records updated and ensures that the company’s accounting functions run smoothly and effectively. Working with the CFO, performs the month-end close. With the right experience, skills, motivation, and mentoring, this position has the potential to develop into a Plant Controller.
